Can the ETMS be designed to our specific requirements?

YES!

Every corporation has an individual way of working and will also have different needs and requirements. The ETMS system is built in such a manner that Anvil's in-house team can edit, tailor and program the system to incorporate and accomodate any requests and designs.

Unlike the competition, Anvil offers clients a complete custom hosting platform configured around a choice of dedicated server configurations. This enables Anvil to provide the ETMS in an environment which maximises security and results in a truly bespoke solution that meets any corporation's individual needs.

Who would use the ETMS?

The ETMS has been designed as a security manager's, or head of department's, work tool and can be operated in different ways.

Some companies may not be big enough to warrant the employment of a dedicated security manager and may not have many people travelling throughout the year; however, they are still obliged to fulfill their "Duty of Care" obligations. In this case, The Anvil Group and its ETMS can be utilised as a managed service.

Where a corporation has a security manager, the system would be utilised by them to enforce a streamlined, consolidated procedure to ensure traveller safety.

The security manager or head of department would utilise the ETMS intelligence feeds, country information and statistics to determine levels of risk and also monitor when and where people are travelling.

The ETMS eradicates the possibility of mistakes and allows the enforcement of corporate travel policy at the earliest opportunity.

How can all our intelligence applications be integrated into the ETMS?

Anvil realise that there are many companies providing business intelligence services and normally, in the case of a large corporation, they will collect information from a multitude of different sources.

This is why we have developed our Data Source Monitoring Service (DSMS). This allows users to choose a number of information sources for the ETMS to monitor on their behalf.

The ETMS will collect and interpret information to save visiting and monitoring a number of sources manually. This means that corporations can utilise any existing subscriptions by integrating them with the ETMS.

The benefit is that all information is displayed to the user in one place and the ETMS will inform users of the last time that information was updated. This negates the constant logging in and searching of many different intelligence sources.

How can the ETMS assist us with alerting our travelling staff?

The ETMS has in-built communication tools that allow a corporation to be proactive and take reactionary steps as soon as a situation becomes apparent.

Using the SMS and e-mail alerting functions, corporations can send emergency messages straight from the system to those employees who might be affected. It will alert travellers en route now and also those who will be departing in the next 12, 24 and 48 hours time.

The ETMS holds the traveller's hotel and emergency contact details in addition to personnel and next of kin information.

Having this information in a central accessible resource enables corporations to take action in any situation FAST.
