City & Guilds Level 2 Vocational Certificate in Conflict Management (1884)
The ANVIL Group Conflict Management training course is tailored to the specific needs of the entrants and covers a range of skills that can improve safety for personnel and lead to improved customer care and satisfaction. Frontline personnel will learn how to better assess situations for signs of danger and how to diffuse potential incidents. Managers are guided through establishing safer policies and working practices that will minimise risks to staff and provide them with maximum support.
